德國RBT進(jìn)口帶止回功能電磁閥能阻止出口端的介質(zhì)反向流通；獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì)、節(jié)省空間；活塞結(jié)構(gòu)、密封性好；專制線圈、不易燒毀。用于液體和氣體管路的開關(guān)控制，是兩位DO控制。一般用于小型管道的控制。

【工作原理 Working principle】

常閉式：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯吸合，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開；當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。

Normally closed:when the coil is energized,the pilot spool pull,open the pilot hole,cavity pressure relief valve,the piston on the lower chamber medium pressure to promote,the electromagnetic valve is opened;when the coil power, the pilot valve by the reset spring,the pilot hole is closed,valve chamber by the piston orifice booster and a reset spring thrust,the electromagnetic valve closed.

常開式：當(dāng)線圈通電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)孔關(guān)閉，閥上腔由活塞節(jié)流孔增壓和復(fù)位彈簧的推力，電磁閥關(guān)閉。當(dāng)線圈斷電時(shí)，先導(dǎo)閥芯靠彈簧復(fù)位，先導(dǎo)孔打開，閥上腔卸壓，活塞靠下腔介質(zhì)壓力推動(dòng)，電磁閥打開。

Normally open: when the coil is energized,the pilot hole is closed,the valve is closed by the piston throttle orifice and the thrust of the spring. When the coil power,the pilot valve by the spring reset,the pilot hole to open,the valve on the chamber pressure,the piston is driven by the pressure of the cavity media,solenoid valve open.

流體中若含有雜質(zhì)，電磁閥進(jìn)端必須安裝過濾器。

If the fluid contains impurities, the solenoid valve into the end must be installed in the filter.
