被吊裝物體積、質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)形式對(duì)起重吊帶吊裝方式帶來(lái)影響。需根據(jù)被吊裝物作業(yè)環(huán)境做相應(yīng)改變。重物吊裝吊點(diǎn)選擇不當(dāng)，將會(huì)造成整個(gè)吊裝工程存在危險(xiǎn)。被吊裝物的不穩(wěn)定會(huì)造成以下兩種危險(xiǎn)發(fā)生。
吊點(diǎn)選取不當(dāng)，吊裝危險(xiǎn)表現(xiàn)形式之一：被吊物發(fā)生傾，墜落。被吊裝物截面尺寸與長(zhǎng)度比例不同，吊點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)不同。
1、被吊裝物截面與長(zhǎng)度等尺寸重物，可實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)吊點(diǎn)平穩(wěn)吊裝；
2、被吊裝重物長(zhǎng)度是橫截面尺寸1-2倍，吊點(diǎn)1-2個(gè)；
3、被吊裝重物長(zhǎng)度是橫截面尺寸3倍或3倍以上，吊點(diǎn)必須2個(gè)或2個(gè)以上只有這樣
起重吊帶吊點(diǎn)選擇不當(dāng)，吊裝危險(xiǎn)表現(xiàn)形式形式之二：合成纖維吊裝帶被割斷。
纖維吊裝帶吊點(diǎn)選取不當(dāng)，雖起初作業(yè)吊裝平穩(wěn)，一旦受到外界因素影響例如：起吊或放置重物瞬時(shí)加速度，風(fēng)速大小，陰雨天氣等因素均影響平穩(wěn)度。如這種平衡狀態(tài)被打破，起重吊裝帶受力不均勻被割斷。
